QUALITY POLICY

MARJAN Industrial Development LLC, a member of Al Fahim Group, is committed to providing optimum level of reliability and quality of services and products to its customers in the energy sector on both onshore and offshore oil and gas fields. Being a quality-oriented entity, MARJAN’s top management and workforce concurrently involved in administering Quality Assurance Program to meet or exceed the expectations of our customers, principals and stakeholders.

Aimed at accomplishing quality services, MARJAN’s Quality Policy is driven by:

  • Promoting quality awareness campaigns and employees work involvement in quality improvement programs;

HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT POLICY
Towards accomplishing it, MARJAN is committed to:
  • Complying with all applicable statutory, regulatory, customers and other HSE requirements;
  • Pursuing the goal of zero accidents and applying safe work methodologies and ensuring zero harmto people and environment;
  • Setting HSE objectives and targets, assessing results and continually mproving processes pertinent to services and product quality through the use of an effective management system;
  • Identifying and eliminating non-conformance and HSE accidents by pursing the best industry practices and behaviors to prevent unsafe act and conditions leading to accidents;
  • Managing workplace and activities properly in order to prevent ill health and injury to employees and to mitigate environmental pollution resulting from activities as low as reasonably practicable;
  • Conducting periodical HSE inspection and audits in full compliance with the standards and customer’s requirements;
  • Leveraging process-based management to design plans for risk assessment and contingency controls aimed at mitigating impact on service delivery;
  • Complying with the standards of ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018;
  • Reducing impact on the environment through pollution prevention, reduction of natural resource consumption and emissions, waste segregation and disposal, reduction and recycling of waste;
  • Having an effective plan and solutions in place to respond to and recover from any emergencies and disarray;
  • Endeavoring to sustain continuous improvement in HSE deliverance and reward employees for the outstanding HSE performance; and
  • Empowering all employees to intervene and where necessary stop any activity that is characterized as unsafe act or unsafe condition

The HSE Policy is reviewed regularly and revised as applicable to ensure suitability to the standards and requirements of the energy industry and is communicated to all employees, customers and interested parties.
